We are seeking a talent individual to join our Marsh team as an Account Executive (Healthcare). This role will be base in our Miami or Tampa office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Account Executive utilizes extensive risk experience to evaluate risks, review loss experience, and analyze cash flow and financials, ultimately developing tailored solutions and making informed recommendations to clients across various product lines. This role involves collaborating with Account Management colleagues to retain existing clients while also generating new business opportunities. Additionally, the Account Executive contributes to executing growth and retention strategies to achieve sales goals.
Account Executive - Healthcare
We will count on you to:
- Manages relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth with a focus in the healthcare space.
- Serves as a client contact responds to more difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
- Cultivates a comprehensive and robust understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity required.
- Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.
- FL 2-20 Property & Casualty broker's license

- CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations a plus.
