Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated bilingual (Chinese) Accounting Clerk for a growing company in Orlando. This role requires a team player who is willing to assist in various accounting functions, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and document management. OVERVIEW:

• Review invoices, create credit memos
• Apply payments to accounts
• Assist with credit card purchases
• Order supplies
• Ad hoc reporting
• Perform general administrative duties related to the accounting department

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent Chinese
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
