Accounts Payable Specialist

Our recruiting firm is partnering with an established and growing distribution company in Boca Raton, FL, to find them an AP Specialist for their team.

The position is ideally temp to hire although could be a direct hire role depending on qualifications and employment status. The ideal salary range is between $24-$27 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Set up invoices for payment and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Maintain vendor files and handle vendor correspondence
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience is required
• ERP experience
• 100% onsite in Boca Raton
