RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Cranston, RI.Duties Include:- Accounts Receivable Specialist will send accurate and timely invoices to customers
- Record cash receipts in QuickBooks
- Process customer credit card payments
- Make collections calls and emails (60% of job)
- Resolve billing issues and account discrepancies
- As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will monitor customer accounts for payment issues
- Contact customers to facilitate payments and resolve disputes
- Work with sales and customer service to address inquiries
- Keep accurate records of activity in QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare accounts receivable reports for management
- Assist with month-end accounts receivable tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 plus years of AR experience
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Moderate Excel skills
- Great phone and email skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
