The AIA Construction Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, including familiarity with AIA billing procedures, lien waivers, and construction contracts. Position will entail billing/invoicing, preparing and submitting monthly AIA G702/G703 progress billings, ensure all billings comply with contract terms and client requirements, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AIA construction billing experience - THIS IS A MUST!!!
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
