Job Description
Position Overview
As the Analyst, Talent Development, you will be responsible for supporting training solutions to include administration of high - quality programs that engage, align, inform and inspire employees in support of business strategy, goals, and initiatives. This is an on-site position located at Invenergy's headquarters in downtown Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of high quality, scalable presentations and training materials.
- Support collaboration with key internal stakeholders to maintain effective programs for employee development.
- Support corporate employee engagement surveys and individual training event surveys.
- Support multiple aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), including but not limited to, administering the annual content audit, resolving user issues, and liaising with Invenergy's LMS provider to resolve user challenges.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual learning events, including but not limited to, reserving meeting rooms, organizing presentation materials, testing technical set up, troubleshooting technical issues, and arranging logistics with presenters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a corporate environment with a focus in training and/or organizational development or similar
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Previous experience with a Learning Management System
- Project Management experience
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Presentation skills
- Experience with Docebo Learning Management System
- Experience with SCORM editing platforms (i.e. Articulate)
- Familiarity with HRIS, Workday preferred
- Graphic design, video and audio production, and HTML coding experience a plus
Base Pay65,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
