Overview

The Davenport Collection is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial operations for our esteemed properties in Spokane. This role is vital to driving the financial success and operational efficiency of our luxury collection. You'll oversee all financial processes, from strategy development to regulatory compliance, working closely with the executive team to optimize profitability and performance. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations for the hotel properties, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance revenue growth and maximize profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insight and direction for effective decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5+ years of finance leadership experience within the hospitality industry.

Salary Range
