Description of Work:The University of Nebraska College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track/tenured faculty position.
The primary area of interest is Business Associations. Other courses that would fill curricular needs include but are not limited to Antitrust, Trademark/Unfair Competition, Corporate Finance, Transactional Drafting, Wills and Trusts, Accounting for Lawyers, Mediation, Negotiation, Client Counseling; Remedies, Natural Resources, Environmental Law, and Health Law.
This position is open to both entry-level and lateral candidates and will begin at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Law, depending on the candidate's experience.
