Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage the month-end accounting close process, ensuring all general ledger accounting is accurate. You will perform detailed financial analysis, prepare and review financial statements, and conduct corporate consolidations monthly. Additionally, you will develop accounting policies, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and oversee the external annual audit. Supervising the Accounting, Tax, and Compliance departments will also be part of your duties.

What You Need to Succeed:

A BA/BS in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in public accounting or as a controller is required. A CPA with Big 4 experience is preferred, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $110k to $115k, plus a 10% bonus. The position offers a full-time, on-site/hybrid work schedule with a standard 40-45 hour workweek.
