What to Expect

Responsible for support of national incentive program administration including strategy implementation, program approval, validation and processing. Act as primary development of special incentives including alignment with sales strategy, creation of program model, alignment with FP&A, and preparation and presentation of approval deck. Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment of team initiatives in support of KPI achievement. Support team lead on sales support items including digital platform support, ad-hoc sales reporting analysis, KPI evaluation.

What You Will Do

1. National incentive programadministration processing and reporting support.

2. Special incentive program development including model creation, financial evaluation, program approval, sales support, and post-mortem analysis.

3. Data analysis to support business decisions & analytics in pursuit of Department KPIs.

4. Sales support on digital systems including incentive platforms, SFDC, and DealerAccess.

5. Support of additional sales team analytics supporting key department initiatives.

6. Analytic support on enterprise projects.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years prior work experience as a business analyst or related position

• 2+ years related auto insurance or finance / captive finance industry experience (Insurance, Credit, Funding, Collections, etc.) preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other related field.

• Experience developing Executive and Process Dashboards and monitoring tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solid quantitative, statistical, modeling, and analytical skills

• Strategic planning and critical thinking skills for solution identification

• Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills

• Self-directed and results oriented

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
