What to Expect
The Associate, Operational System Controls is responsible for supporting the daily execution of the testing and monitoring of key controls to ensure that HCA systems comply with applicable company Policies and Procedures. The Associate, Operational Controls will also be responsible for supporting activities around root-cause analysis sessions, development of system solutions and implementation of developed solutions. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
What You Will Do
1. Partner and support the Manager, Operational System Controls with executing key controls to confirm processes are working as expected.
2. Partner and support the Manager, Operational Controls in performing root-cause analysis, identifying system issues and implementing solutions and system enhancements.
3. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall team performance.
4. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• 2-4 years related experience with control execution, root-cause analysis and issue resolution
• Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management systems utilized within the financial sector (G-Core, CRM, Oracle, Siebel, or a similar CRM system)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong analytical and problem solver
• Ability to explain complex systems and data succinctly.
• Strong analytical background preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Services processes, workflows, and needs. Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM, Oracle, Siebel or a similar CRM system), including Consumer Credit Underwriting, Collections & Recoveries and Remarketing
• Understanding of process improvement with ability to conceptualize and design new methods for practical application
• Working understanding of lean, DMAIC or other process/flows principles
• Moderate to Advance PC skills: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Visio, Project
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
