Our client in Katy, TX seeks an experience Office Coordinator to join their team. This is a temp to hire position with growth potential. Pay rate of $24-$26/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front reception desk, including answering and directing calls, and greeting visitors
- Schedule meetings and managing calendars for management
- Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
- Maintain timecard system for payroll department
- Assist with Data Entry for all departments
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of administrative support, in an office environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent grammar / spelling, strong organizational skills
