Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Lead Business Analyst within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collects requirements, analyzes and prepares use cases, To-Be flows.
  • Interacts with Business team, Stakeholders and technical team members

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 + years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst role
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation.
  • 8+ years' experience in facilitating design and use case discussions
  • 8+ years' experience in a SDLC environment
  • Expert level analysis skills including the ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.
  • Expert level understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organization's systems and capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions.
  • Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and toolsets, requirements management methodologies and toolsets, requirements visualization methods and toolsets, and artifact versioning tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Communicates effectively with business clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Proven track record with planning, estimating, and organizing effort for the WBS
  • Extensive experience in MSOffice, Visio
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Working toward relevant industry certification (e.g. CEng, CITP, TOGAF, IIBA, ISEB diploma) desirable but not essential as part of career progression.
  • Experience working with government agencies
  • Experience working with USDA's Women Infants and Children (WIC) or Child Nutrition Programs (CNP) preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current

annual range is $95,000 to $158,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt in accordance with applicable law.

If applicable, hires for these projects will be required to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance (Moderate Background Investigation). This clearance process may start upon offer acceptance; and must be cleared prior to working on these projects.
