Job Summary

As a Business Development Engineer I for Zeus, you will be responsible for technical work while ensuring exceptional service delivery. We're seeking an individual who embodies high-impact behaviors, is inspired to innovate, is empowered to lead, and is accountable for driving success

Responsibilities

•Act as the primary relationship owner and technical resource for designated accounts ensuring superior customer service and customized account planning
• Travel in the territory to develop Priority OEM accounts, Emerging Winner accounts, and Priority Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) accounts to meet revenue targets, territory budget, average sale price, design wins, and provide weekly updates to management
• Build and maintain the sales pipeline for Priority OEM accounts, Emerging Winner accounts, and Priority Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) accounts, documenting interactions in CRM system
• Develop and implement integrated strategies to align Zeus's activities with customer focus areas, conducting regular internal reviews to track progress
• Provide technical support to other accounts as required including managing specification and requirements decisions and delivering technical product training / leading technical presentations
• Coordinate Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Value Improvement Process (VIP) activities

with priority / other accounts
• Provide project management support to priority / other accounts to promote them into the production phase

Qualifications

• • BS in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or related
• Previous experience in engineering preferred
• 1-3 years technical sales experience preferred
• 1+ years' experience in medtec industry with B2B customer interactions
• Must be located within (or willing to relocate to) a designated medtec hub
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the Product Development Process (PDP) and global regulatory paths
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
