What You Do
Marketing Analyst
- Create submission packets for transmittal to markets, including the entry of provided information into EPIC to generate applications, supplemental applications, various worksheets, loss run analysis reports, and other supporting reports required for insurance companies to consider a risk and provide premium quotations.
- Create initial and revised drafts and approved final proposal templates, including entering provided data into prescribed fields. Tasks include formatting, saving, printing, and assembly of final approved version for client presentations.
- Ensure Epic applications are updated throughout the renewal process and that upon binding exposures and limits with the Epic applications reflect what was presented in the proposal.
- Access carrier websites (or email) to obtain loss runs and NCCI experience modification projections for the completion of Loss runs Analysis Reports and Modification Projections.
- Notify designated parties to collect missing and additional information from clients required to complete submissions and proposals.
- Perform other duties as requested, including special projects of an administrative nature.
Your Education and ExperienceRequired
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Orientation
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Superior administrative skills
- Strong organizational skills, timeliness and attention to detail
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Commitment to advancing your insurance knowledge via training and obtaining approved industry designation
- The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program
