RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Program Manager in Austin, TX.Key Tasks:
  • Business Program Manager provides oversight for rollout of new large-scale solutions and products delivered to the client
  • Provides program(s) dashboards that provide quick, clear visibility of program(s) status and performance
  • Seamlessly integrates efforts with both internal organizations and 3rd party vendors using a common strategy and methodology
  • Implements a proven issue-resolution process with well-defined criteria and escalation paths
  • Works with internal teams to develop, implement and maintain processes and Service Levels for the operational aspects of the program
  • Provides oversight for successful resolution of sensitive client and internal issues, coordinating/intervening with necessary departments to resolve
  • As a Business Program Manager, you will organize and facilitate weekly internal program reviews
  • Organizes and facilitates weekly program meetings with the client
  • Supports the ES field organization in resolution of issues requiring support from operational or technical teams


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8-to-10 years of client relationship management
  • 5-to-10 years of software Engagement, Program and/or Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of internet experience
  • Expert with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Visio Expert in Internet and IT automotive retailing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability in managing external client expectations on program requirements and deliverables
  • Ability to lead in a project oriented/matrix environment/ability to lead a virtual team
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management
  • Superior communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross organizationally to deliver World Class services to Enterprise clients
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated success in working in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing conditions and opportunities


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
