Campaign Marketing Specialist

Our client, an industry leader in their place, is looking to hire a Campaign Marketing Specialist on a long-term contract basis.

This role will be a 6-month contract to start and will be fully remote with EST hours.

Responsibilities:

• Bring marketing strategies to life by driving integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels
• Engage and collaborate, and leverage agile principles in the successful creation and execution of marketing campaigns
• Develop channel activation plans, including a client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping that outlines multi-touch activation points to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipeline
• Make recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content
• Review content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standards
• Understand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as needed
• Develop post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned

Successful candidate will possess:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative and proactive with a "can-do" mentality
• Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience in marketing or communications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
• Travel up to 10%
