Are you a dynamic and results-driven mental health professional with a passion for strategic program development and leadership? Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking two experienced clinical leaders to join our thriving CBHC & Outpatient Division. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic planning, program management, staff development, and regulatory compliance to drive organizational success and enhance service delivery.

We are seeking dedicated Senior Program Managers for our Community Behavioral Health Center locations in Springfield and Westfield, and for our Licensed Mental Health Clinics in Agawam, Holyoke, and Ware!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and quality oversight for assigned Outpatient level of care programs.
• Ensure services are of high quality and meet client need, performance specifications, and support strategic organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, budgets, and systems supporting existing and new programs.
• Foster positive collaborative relationships with other BHN programs, third party payers, and community partners.

What are we looking for in a Senior Program Manager?

Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply!

• Master's Degree or higher in a related field (required).
• Independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LP, LMFT, LADC-1) (required).
• Minimum of three years supervisory and/or management experience (required).
• Commitment to social justice and demonstrated competency with people of a variety of different cultural backgrounds (required).
• Demonstrated success in partnering with external community entities (preferred).
• Experience collecting and utilizing data to inform client care and service delivery (preferred).
• Working knowledge of local community resources, and how to access them (preferred).
• Empathic skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse people (required).
• Broad knowledge of mental health and substance use diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques (required).
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to treat clinically complex and diverse client populations (required).
• Knowledge of service delivery systems, organizational, and supervisory skills (required).
• Ability to participate in coordination and maintenance of budget (required).
• Fluency with Internet, PC/Windows computers, M365 programs, and email systems (required).
