Job Summary
The Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the setup, release and processing of new part numbers and changes to bills of materials through administrative support. Will work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Procurement teams on part setup and certification within the Global product line.
Responsibilities:
- Track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Deviations through Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes to ensure timely completion and deployment in multiple regional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
- Work with procurement and engineering for new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) setup and Bill of Material (BOM) inputs
- Support corporate process owners on SKU release and ECO process change roll-out
- Review ECOs for completeness and assign applicable tasks to fully process the ECO through the PLM systems
- Maintain PLM system integrity (adhere to document standards and procedures)
- Guide Engineering team members on SKU request and BOM change processes, as required
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting teams through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
- Excellent English communications skills - written & verbal.
- Ability to facilitate positive and effective cross-functional relationships across multiple teams and geographic locations.
- Strong project-management skills
- Computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft-Office suite
