Commercial Litigation Associate

A boutique commercial litigation law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigator to their group. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of litigation experience and hold a California State Bar License in good standing.

In this role you would:

• Handle complex law and motion work
• Perform legal research
• Assist the partner with working up cases for settlement or trial
• Communicate with clients
• Support trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions
