Community Stewardship Manager
Location: Remote (Milwaukee / Chicago Area Preferred)
Opportunity
The Community Stewardship Manager is responsible for developing and executing community engagement and stewardship programs that support Rehlko's global and local sustainability initiatives. This role requires a dynamic, self-motivated professional passionate about fostering community relationships and driving impactful community giving programs. Building meaningful and ongoing relationships with community members, non-profit organizations, business leaders, and other stakeholders is essential to success.
Specific Responsibilities
Build and maintain partnerships with non-profits, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support both global and local community projects and initiatives.
Support various levels of global and local stewardship strategies, aligning them with Rehlko's business objectives and community needs.
Organize and manage volunteer programs across multiple businesses that encourage employee participation in community service activities.
Develop public relations strategies and participate in cross-functional strategic planning efforts that guide and define how community affairs will deliver upon business objectives.
Plan and execute community events, sponsorships, and other engagement activities to enhance Rehlko's presence and impact in the community.
Track, measure, and report on the impact of community engagement and stewardship programs. Use data to continuously improve and adapt strategies.
Lead initiatives that promote resilience, education, and community well-being.
Open to traveling to Milwaukee, or Chicago occasionally throughout the year for in-person meetings.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, environmental studies/science, social work, or equivalent experience in related field.
5+ years of experience in community affairs, corporate social responsibility, or a related field, preferably in an agency, local government, or corporate environment. A network of existing energy-related community connections is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $83300 - $105200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
