This is a great opportunity for an experienced investigator to work remotely for a professional enterprise environment. This role will focus on the investigation of anti-money laundering including establishing policies and procedures to analyzing transactional activity to identify suspicious transactions. This role will also train others within the organization on the basics of AML and OFAC when needed. - Must have experience investigating complaints for trends and root causes and develop risk-mitigating strategies
- Must have experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Must be able to evaluate risk and exercise discretion in "gray areas" of compliance
- Experience monitoring third-party vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Must be able to keep up on legislative developments and industry practices to identify potential impact on the company
- Must be able to track team deliverables and key metrics and implement operational process improvements
- Must be able to review and approve advertising materials to adhere with compliance standards
- Must be proactive in approach and have a customer-focused mindset
- Must have strong critical-thinking skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work well with various teams within an enterprise organization
- Must be focused and have strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
