We are a full-service, turnkey Concrete Subcontractor based in Suburban Atlanta, operating across the Southeastern United States.
We bring forward a team of concrete professionals with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the concrete industry - we are home to the best the Southeast has to offer.

Originally formed in 2002, we have grown to over $100M in annual revenue, working in 7 states throughout the South.
We employ a wide number of superintendents, concrete craftspeople, project managers, pre-construction managers and office staff, delivering concrete packages from $100,000 up to $15,000,000 in a variety of markets.

Our work includes turnkey materials and labor for complete installation of foundations, slabs, walls, concrete frames, sidewalks and paving.

Your new role

You will be responsible for quantity surveys, unit costing and proposing future work. Represent the company professionally in dealing with existing and prospective clients.

What you'll need to succeed

The ability and experience to do the following

• Review bid documents for completeness.
• Drawings
• Specifications
• Front End Documents/Instructions to Bidders
• Soils Report
• Request pricing from suppliers
• Read and understand specifications as they relate to and impact the scope of work
• Perform quantity survey of work to be performed
• Price material costs to install the scope of work
• Evaluate site and project specific conditions and apply such evaluations in establishing a project schedule for the scope of work
• Price labor costs to install the scope of work
• Determine and price the general requirements necessary to manage and support the scope of work
