Our client, a non-profit organization located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter to support their team through the end of January!

About the Job:

• Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions.
• Partner with leaders and develop and execute strategy.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Perform reference checks.
• Facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and on-boarding.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter.
• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Products; Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and/or Ceridian ATS strongly preferred.
• Possess an understanding of HR policies/procedures.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
• Possess good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

About the Position:

• $35/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience
• Temporary for ~3 months.
• On-site training and a hybrid schedule.
• Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
