Position: Credit/Collection Admin
Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 per year
Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Summary:
Our client in Lake Worth is seeking a dedicated and organized Credit/Collection Admin to join their team. This role requires handling a high volume of business-to-business collections, preferably with experience in a distributor or manufacturing company setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing credit holds and releases, account reconciliation, reporting, and cash forecasting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee 850 collection accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle credit holds and releases efficiently.
• Conduct cash forecasting and ensure timely collections.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email with clients and internal teams.
• Multi-task various responsibilities while maintaining high energy and organization.
• Work independently and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, respecting peers, and keeping a low voice in a close working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business-to-business collections.
• Background in a distributor or manufacturing company preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high energy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor with respect for peers.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, reporting, and cash forecasting.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work efficiently.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
