Location: Cumberland, RI or Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: $73,000.00 - $117,300.00
What you will do
The Customer Loyalty Analyst (CLA) will lead and manage Customer personalization and loyalty offers for Mass and Drug retailers, with a focus on CVS & Walgreens; building, elevating and executing the shopper personalization plans for the CVS & Walgreen's Customer Field Team. The CLA is accountable for supporting the Customer Promotions Lead on Drug with the execution of Loyalty & Personalization (L&P) plans across all portfolios, analyzing performance, tracking financials, and leading reviews with the sales teams and customer.
Loyalty & Personalization is a core business driver for the Drug channel and considered best in class in the industry. The CLA will need to be able to strongly multitask and manage relationships with all stakeholders - Customer Shopper Marketers (CSM), Customer Development Managers (CDM), Customer Development Account Managers (CDM), CVS & Walgreens partners, & third-party vendors. This role owns tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to deliver results. The CLA will manage L&P plans to continually optimize ROI and ensures internal/external alignments while growing and maintaining relationships with key partners. The position reports to the National Sr Shopper Consumer Promotions Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drug:
• Primary focus on execution of CVS & WAGS Loyalty & DFSI executions
• Lead and elevate CVS & Walgreens' Loyalty & Personalization (L&P) & dFSI executions and ways of working for all Kenvue brands for the CVS & Walgreens Customer Field Team
• Responsibility for owning Kenvue submissions into all vendor portals and reviewing all communication and requests from customers and vendors
• Perform monthly post-analysis and develop insights to optimize future coupons based on objectives and strategies; share analysis with Customer Shopper Marketer and Customer Development Managers across all brands to develop and improve plans
• Provide monthly updates for customer meetings
• Partner with the creative and brand team for required assets, provide creative review and securing approvals and/or feedback
• Develop, manage, & execute Email Campaign & Direct Mailers partnering closely with CDM and CSM for direction required
• Work closely with Customer Shopper Marketer (CSM) and IT to continue to propel the L&P automation process forward
• Lead partnership and execution with 3rd Party Vendor for the dFSI coupons;
• Processes vendor invoices
• Works closely with finance and shopper marketing managers to provide clear financial records and updates
Other:
• Manage and execute Target Circle Offers
• Act as a backfill for the National Coupon Coordinator by developing National Coupon Bar Codes
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• A minimum bachelor's degree is required
• At least 2 years of experience in a consumer package goods environment in sales, sales analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field required
• Strong analytical background, and/or category management experience required
• Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications is required
Desired Qualifications
• Prior experience working with retailers is preferred and/or National Consumer Promotions
• Experience working with IRI/Nielsen preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Needs to be a Self-starter and work with limited oversight
• Detail oriented
• Ability to interpret and communicate sophisticated business data
• Experience working on a platinum customer or national account preferred
• Ability to prioritize and to effectively lead multiple projects/initiatives
• Ability to handle conflict and negotiate successfully
• Demonstrated financial savvy in making effective business decisions
• A pattern of intellectual curiosity and external focus
• Ability to travel up to 10%
What's in it for you
• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000.00 to $117,300.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
