RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. The duration is a 4-8 week temp assignment - in office fulltime.Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems from various sources such as paper documents, digital files, and other formats
- Data Verification: Data Entry Specialist will cross-check and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as necessary
- File Management: Organize and maintain electronic data files to ensure easy retrieval
- Quality Control: Conduct regular reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards
- Reporting: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will generate reports and summaries from the entered data as required by management or other departments
- Confidentiality: Always maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Additional computer training or certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in gathering, organizing, and interpreting data
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
