Position Title: Associate Solution Architect

Job Summary:

The Associate Solutions Architect role works closely with the Solution Architect team to develop tailored solutions for our clients, assist in creating bills of material, statements of work, budgetary services estimates, conduct workload assessments, and engage in other Solution Architect responsibilities and initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect team to design and develop comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs and requirements of our clients.
  • Assist in the creation of bills of material (BOM), statements of work (SOW), and budgetary services estimates to support project planning and execution.
  • Conduct workload assessments to analyze existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in the field.
  • Support the Solution Architect team in pre-sales activities, including presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in documenting technical solutions, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and client reference.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in IT consulting, systems integration, or solution architecture.
  • OEM/industry certifications or training a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
