Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of SEM professionals, ensuring guidance and support across all experience levels.
• Create and execute SEM strategies, with a focus on Google products.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Data & Analytics, Ad Operations, Paid Social, and Programmatic, to ensure cohesive efforts.
• Craft new business proposals in collaboration with the sales team, based on specific client needs.
• Manage the planning, development, and execution of SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, targeting various KPIs like online sales, foot traffic, site visits, and lead form submissions.
• Initiate and lead testing and growth projects, including campaign expansions, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting experiments.
• Oversee the ongoing monitoring, optimization, testing, and reporting of campaign performance, addressing any issues promptly.
• Act as an SEM expert, identifying emerging trends and opportunities to introduce innovative search and digital media solutions that meet business goals.
• Present campaign performance, insights, recommended optimizations, and future plans to clients.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing leading a team
• Experience using GA4, CM360, and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Domo, Tableau, etc.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Discovery Ads.
• Demonstrated expertise in media strategy and execution, ideally within a media agency.
• SEO Experience a plus!
