Position Summary:An experienced, highly skilled and innovative Director of Total Rewards will lead the classification & compensation and benefits functions. The incumbent oversees implementation of the university's classification system and compensation program; reviews classification and compensation recommendations; oversees and ensures effective and legal implementation of university and state benefit plans and programs; reviews processes and policies, recommends improvements, and implements changes.
