As a Document Analyst, you will be responsible for pulling documentation requested by Payors and PBMs to include CMS and Medicaid to develop documentation of business processes and systems. Requires high level of Attention to Detail. Work may be reviewed by more experienced analyst.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Compiles requested documentation and reviews documentation for accuracy
  
• Researches and compiles data to include pharmacy and state laws as needed
  
• Prepares new or reviews and updates existing documentation.
  
• Conducts internal audits of various departments to ensure accuracy of submitted pharmacy claims as well as track and communicate findings to management
  

• Requires a high school diploma or GED
  
• 0-2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  

• BA/BS preferred.
