JOB OVERVIEW
The EV Specialist is a newly created position at Wheels and will likely evolve over time as hour Electric Vehicle (EV) service offerings evolve. Currently the position would be responsible for managing the process for home charger installations, driver reimbursement and parts of the public charge card issuance. This position will provide the end-to-end management of this processes including discussing set up with clients, discussing updates and enrollments with drivers, updating databases, interacting with vendors to process orders and billing, as well as processing and reconciling our AP and billing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Below is a summary of a few of the process currently identified for this role. However, we are adding and refining process and services and expect some of these to change over time as well new responsibilities to be added. Additionally, we will eventually be automating some of these steps and this position will be required to identify automation opportunities as well as work with a project team to deliver the enhancements.
- Home Charging
- Manage Excel spreadsheet in a SharePoint folder with installation vendor
- Add new orders
- Track status of orders
- Follow up with drivers on existing orders
- Review and manage order status with charging station vendors
- Access suppler web site and monitor status. Update drivers and escalate delays when required
- Manage escalated Salesforce cases with driver questions
- Home Charging Reimbursement
- Monitor new client enrolment
- Update and review reporting to ensure all enrolled clients and vehicles are included
- Access FV to gather driver enrollment information and create spreadsheet for reimbursement vendor
- Post spreadsheet in reimbursement vendors SFPT site
- Create and update spreadsheet listing all client's reimbursement instructions.
- Post reimbursement spreadsheet on vendors SFPT site
- Manage vendor report of drivers not enrolled and funds not processed. Including contacting drivers and clients with updates and escalations
- Create monthly spreadsheets for client billing of fees and funds paid out. Load spreadsheet into AP checkmate system and ensure billing is processed
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES- This position has no managerial responsibilities.
COMPETENCIES - SKILLS
- Customer Service oriented, strong, professional, and clear communicator both in email and phone.
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
- Ability to work in multiple systems

- FleetView lookups
- Ability to manage multiple client & vendor programs
- Client specific process and limits
- Work with different vendors ChargePoint, Qmerit, others in the future
- Uploading transactions detail for reporting (fuel side)
- Client, Sales, and Qmerit update reports
- Troubleshooting charge cards (fuel side), installation challenges, etc.
- This position requires a very detailed and organized person that can problem solve effectively and is capable of being self-directed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Excel and SharePoint Experience
- Minimum 5 Years Customer Service Experience

Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range:
$39,600-$55,400
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
