As a Electro - Mechanic Technician you will:
- Use of various hand tools, such as pneumatic and other electrical tools for repairs.
- Experience in reading a variety of measuring devices, drawings and schematics.
- Complete inventory of materials to ensure sufficient stock to maintain operations.
- Maintain plant PLC's (modify programs, sensors, motors, and controls).
- Experience reading, following and understanding manuals and blueprints
- Troubleshooting in electrical and mechanical issues.
- Flexible with schedule for call-outs in cases of emergencies and breakdowns.
- Must be able and willing to work alternative shifts when necessary for maintenance
- Drill, tap, cut, to service electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of 480v 3-Phase systems, 220v and 110V systems.
- Burning, welding and structural construction from verbal descriptions, written specifications, or on-site evaluation.
- Use a variety of machine shop equipment to shape steel and other materials into precision forms..
- Fill-in operating production equipment as assigned
- Forklift as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
This is a Full-time opportunity.The ideal
Electro - Mechanic Technician candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance / production environment.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of measuring devices (mechanical and electrical) and competency with mathematics, electrical calculations including "amps", "voltage", "resistance" and "capacitance".
- Identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of machine shop equipment and parts machining for breakdown repairs.
- Ability to work at heights following all safety procedures
- Work as a team as well as independently
Pay Rate: $30 - $34/ hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
