Salary: $50,000.00 USD Annually - $53,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Account Executive Assistant. This is a permanent, direct hire position, fully on site in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel.
- Screen and prioritize communication.
- Prepare itineraries, agendas, and presentations.
- Support ongoing projects and collaborate with internal teams.
- Liaise with high-profile clients and luxury vendors.
- Assist in planning events and trade shows.
- Track and manage high-value inventory.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail and discretion.
- Experience in luxury goods preferred.
