Job Description:
Come join Baker Tilly's Development & Community Advisory (DCA) team as a Senior Manager! You will be a part of our DCA Development Advisory team where you lead a team of consultants and subject matter experts in supporting client Federal Funding Compliance needs, primarily in the subject area of clean energy. You will work alongside and lead teams to provide a variety of grant, loan, and tax compliance advisory services including, but not limited to, pre and post award grant/loan administration, sub-recipient monitoring, effort reporting, export controls and conflicts of interest, as well as enterprise risk assessment and remediation of internal controls around grant accounting processes related to the pre and post award administration of federal awards. Additionally, you will work with organizations to support sponsored program design, cost allowability, compliance issues, business process and organizational design, and internal audit. The candidate for this position will thrive at the intersection of enterprise risk, compliance, and grant management for clients navigating federal funding received as part of their transition away from fossil fuels to clean energy. Clients may include fortune 500 companies, state governments, municipalities, Tribal nations, and large non-profits.
