RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 in Beaverton, OR.Responsibilities:- The Financial Analys will be working with key business partners to ensure trade terms are accurately maintained and will be looked to as a subject matter expert from a variety of partners
- Employ your knowledge and expertise of the client's Marketplace Partners, sales order maintenance, order types, pricing conditions, and products
- Proactively maintain all aspects of Marketplace Partner trade terms (discounts and payment terms) in SAP and JBA, execute annual partner terms reviews, coordinate credit memo execution and tracking, process supplemental/manual override discount requests, and manage special projects
- The Financial Analys will monitor and respond to daily email inbox inquiries, retain documentation for audit purposes and respond to audit inquiries
- Adhere to and clearly communicate the client's current policies & procedures and SOX compliance practices
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required (or additional experience in lieu of)
- 2+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations is required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever (bookings), and MMX experience preferred
- Team player: able to thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Communicate effectively in a variety of settings & audiences
- Accuracy and timeliness are key
- A passion for collaboration and working in a team atmosphere will be key in helping the team stay focused on our strategic goals while running day to day operations in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
