Job Details:
Pay is $20.95 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.
Schedule is 2nd Shift
Shift times and days may vary depending on production needs.
Weekend work and holiday work will be required at times.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS GENERAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT SCHOOL TRAINING.
MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.
Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
Must have knowledge of electrical and mechanical experience such as; motor wiring, control wiring, run conduit, pull wiring.
Must have knowledge of NEC, electronics, PLC, Computers.
Must be able to perform mechanical and electrical duties and adjustments as required by supervisor.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed
Must be able to pass all mechanical knowledge and hands on test within 30 days
Must be able to read, write and have a basic knowledge of math
Must have and maintain a good attendance work record
Must be able to read manuals written in English
Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules (ie.Lockout/Tagout)
Work other shifts when necessary.
Must be able to comply with OSHA standards.
Work very closely with other maintenance personnel in order to receive and pass along information concerning the job.
All other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Must have valid Driver License and obtain company license.
MUSCULAR/SKELETAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Must have good hand-eye coordination
Capable of moving equipment, machinery, etc., in excess of 50 pounds when needed.
Must be able to work on and inspect equipment, which may involve bending, turning, stooping, twisting, and climbing.
Able to move freely throughout the plant (indoors and outdoors) over and around
equipment, people and obstacles.
Must be able to tolerate climates ranging from very cold to very hot and form very wet to very dry
Must be able to train in and use Self-Contained Breathing Air Packs.
No beards allowed for safety reasons.
Must be able to communicate and get along well with others.
Must be able to climb ladders
Must be able to reach, lift and work overhead
Must be able to walk, stand or sit for the duration of the shift
