Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand printing services and other clerical duties for student organizations and affiliated offices and agencies.
• Design promotional material, event planning items, informational material and more for recognized student organizations and affiliated offices and agencies.
• Correspond with students and clients via email, phone, and in-person to resolve questions and conflicts relating to the function of the Student Publications office.
• Maintain spreadsheets and records relating to the function of the office and services provided.
• Work together with the Media Specialist to ensure the safety and upkeep of equipment and technology in the Student Publications space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
• Writing and communication skills/professional email and letter writing skills.
• Outside-the-box thinking and creativity.
• Resourceful and thoughtful problem solving.
• Reading comprehension and attention to detail.

Anticipated Salary Range

$12.00 / hour
