As the Strategic Accounts Director, you will be a strategic and supportive partner to our largest customers, overseeing the ongoing customer journey. The Strategic Accounts Director ensures customers achieve desired outcomes and maximize the value of our solutions by driving and nurturing the growth of our clinical engagement and satisfaction of each account.
What you'll do
1. Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in large and prestigious health systems, customizing solutions to their specific needs.
2. Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets, and monitor key performance metrics to optimize results.
3. Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure product offerings are aligned with market demands and client expectations.
4. Contract Negotiations and Compliance: Lead complex contract negotiations, securing favorable terms while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
5. Industry Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to strategically steer company offerings and position in the market.
Basic qualifications
1. Background: 5+ years of healthcare industry experience or sales experience in healthcare technology business-to-business environment
2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large accounts, with a history of achieving significant sales targets.
3. Healthcare Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including key technological trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.
4. Communication and Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the capability to negotiate and persuade at senior management levels.
5. Analytical and Strategic Skills: Highly analytical and strategic approach to sales planning and execution, with a readiness to travel as needed for client engagement and relationship building.
Preferred qualifications
1. Experience in Care-at-Home Services: Demonstrable experience in care models such as hospital at home, outpatient CAR-T therapies, pre/post surgery, and chronic care management, highlighting a strong understanding of the logistical and clinical requirements for delivering healthcare outside traditional settings.
2. Technological Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of remote patient monitoring technologies and digital health solutions that support post-surgical recovery and chronic disease management at home.
3. Innovative Thinking: A track record of innovative problem-solving in healthcare delivery, with a focus on developing and implementing scalable solutions that improve patient outcomes and accessibility to home-based care services.
