Our client, a prominent firm in the real estate industry, seeks a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses progressive HR experience in financial or professional services firms as well as a strong educational background. In this role, this peerson will be supporting employee relations, talent management, and training & development. Strong communication skills both written and verbally, excellent data skills, and the ability to champion multiple projects within competing deadlines will allow someone to excel in this position. - Bachelors' degree, required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a financial or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of key HR areas such as compensation, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The salary range for this role is $110k-$130k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
