Salary: $22.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly
Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a HR Representative Assistant to work in Orange, CA!

Summary: Under general supervision, the Human Resources (HR) Assistant (File Room) will be responsible for providing support on human resources initiatives and processes. The incumbent will support management through file maintenance and completion of special projects. The incumbent will work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment while exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support Participates in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, with a member focus on customer service, consistency, dignity and accountability.
• Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for the department.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality. Creates new employee files and retrieves the required materials.
• Maintains employee relations and benefits records and files in a neat and organized manner.
• Maintains I-9 files, background checks and medical test paperwork according to the legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of human resources experience required; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
