RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Identity Access Manager in San Antonio, TX.Position Summary:The Identity Access Manager in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure department will oversee the strategy, technology roadmaps, and innovation for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role focuses on delivering business value and maintaining cybersecurity. The manager will lead a team of technical specialists and managed services providers, ensuring the integration of IAM solutions, enhancing reliability and operational efficiency through a Scaled Agile framework.Key Responsibilities:- Identity Access Manager will manage day-to-day operations of a team, including technical specialists and service providers
- Align team goals with organizational vision and develop actionable product roadmaps
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors, addressing technology needs
- As an Identity Access Manager, you will ensure system availability, reliability, and security
- Lead IT projects, manage the department's budget, and stay updated on technology trends
- Develop and update IT policies and ensure compliance with standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
- CISSP and Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator certifications preferred
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and results-driven approach
- Strong communication and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to energize and develop a high-performing team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
