Job Summary: As a Lead Digital Consultant in the Building Construction Products division, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing our digital presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies, manage digital projects, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that align with our business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work in exciting areas such as digital strategy and operations that will contribute to the success of Caterpillar Inc.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage digital projects supporting marketing operations, CRM and regional marketing execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of KPI dashboards, tracking metrics and performance indicators for key marketing activities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing managers, consultants, and vendors, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Analyze digital performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on digital tools, processes, and best practices.
What You Have: - Proven experience in digital consulting, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Effective Measurement: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Products and Services: Ability to advise colleagues on implementation of operational processes related to marketing.
- Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors or peers.
Top Candidates Will Have the Following: - Familiarity with global time zone coordination and scheduling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Experience with analytical tools.
- Knowledge of effective measurements techniques and the ability to apply them to uncover insights to support business growth.
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce products.
- Ability to facilitate training for end users of digital products or processes.
Additional Details: - Preferred Location: Cary, NC
- Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in-office work.
