Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless operations across client sites.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software solutions, tailoring setups to meet specific client needs.
- Provide direct support to end-users, ensuring high satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Track and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal software deployment across the organization.
- Perform routine PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations, minimizing downtime and enhancing system performance.
- Work collaboratively with customers and partners, offering expertise in hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and configuration recommendations.
- Maintain documentation of processes, user manuals, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and developments to recommend improvements and innovations in the IT support process.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer service.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with software license tracking and compliance management.
- Ability to perform hardware upgrades and PC maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of technology support.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred.
- Availability to travel to client sites as needed.
