Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal with 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases.
• Schedule appointments and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
• Support the legal team by performing administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and email applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to working according to scheduled hours.
