YOUR ROLE
Are you a leader passionate about logistics? Join us to supervise daily operations in our Logistics Department, ensuring cost-efficient and standard-compliant processing of inbound consolidations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee all department activities and provide training.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and address employee issues promptly.
  • Develop excellent service for internal and external customers.
  • Manage documentation and ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor freight arrivals and communicate status to customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software. Strong mathematical skills.
  • Characteristics: Demonstrated leadership, customer-focused, and effective at delegating tasks.
