Job Title: LPN / LVN

Duties & Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. The LPN works collaboratively with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role involves a wide range of duties, including monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and providing comfort and support to patients and their families. This is a 13 week contract working 5 8 hour day shifts working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• BLS
• LPN/LVN certification
