M&A Post-Integration, Finance Advisory

Our client, a $10B nonprofit healthcare service provider, is targeting 200% growth in the next two years through extensive M&A activity.

Seeking M&A Advisory resources, specifically on the Post-Integration side as a Project Manager.

Finance background required for consideration.

Required experience:

• 8+ years of experience in M&A Post-Transaction Integrations at the Project Management level
• Advisory support for deal considerations and diligence
• Optimizing operating model and organization design
• Identifying synergies, developing & coordinating plan to achieve measured synergies
• Developing and executing integration plan for Day 1+
• Coordinating communications for culture and change management

Fully remote opportunity with some travel requirement.
