Maintenance Technician II
Compass Health Network

Compensation: $19.89 hourly

To provide support services to the assigned facilities with regard to maintaining the plant, equipment, offices, residential areas and grounds of multiple facilities in order to provide a safe and operational environment.

Responsibilities Include:

* Maintain and repair facilities while meeting and maintaining compliance with the local building and fire codes
* Enter data into computerized work order management system
* Work with minimal supervision and with multiple types of tools to complete assigned tasks
* Assist with small projects that are completed by in-house staff
* Other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK

* Regular exposure to electrical hazards
* Exposure to biohazard and/or chemical waste materials
* Operating vehicles or machinery



High School/GED preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

* At least three (3) years maintenance, carpentry or similar skilled trade experience preferred
* Skilled in at least one (1) trade preferred
* Working knowledge and understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred
* Working knowledge of regulatory standards as well as safety and equipment requirements preferred
* Working knowledge and ability to conduct general building and repair practices and methods preferred
* A valid driver's license at the time of hire required
