Our client, a prominent fashion organization, seeks a dynamic, exprienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses experience developing talent pipelines and strategy, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced, scrappy environment. Experience utilizing AI to optimize recruitment strategy, an understanding of brand marketing & social media, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment are key facets of this role. Excellent communication skills, strong time-management abilities, and experience with Greenhouse are all characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. • Bachelors' degree, required.
• Beauty or fashion industry experience, required.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, full-cycle recruiting, and employer branding.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.

The salary range for this role is $100k-$110k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
